For over 23 years, Pepin Manufacturing Inc. has been leading the way in custom electrode and sensor manufacturing for the cosmetic, electrotherapy, and medical industries. As a key provider for next-generation wearable technologies using the Internet of Things (IoT), we design and manufacture cutting-edge electrodes and sensors built to each customer's specifications and application. Additionally, our team can manufacture custom electrodes and body worn sensors capable of Bluetooth and wi-fi connectivity. We're equipped for functional prototyping, proof-of-concept, short-run production and large scale manufacturing. As a single source manufacturer, we conduct all material sampling and sourcing, inspections, trial runs, process improvements, and can incorporate 3rd party sterilization and validation services when required.

Our conductive screen printing process can utilize various conductive and dielectric inks to create flexible electronics, including silver-silver chloride and carbon. Additionally, we can print on polyester and other substrates, depending on our customer's requirements. We specialize in the design and manufacturing of state-of-the-art wearable sensors built to our customer's specifications that are capable of measuring ECG, respiration, heart rate, temperature, and activity levels. These sensors may be integrated into clothing, worn directly on the skin, or connected to a medical device for healthcare, fitness, and medical biometrics. We have a dedicated team of product managers who focus solely on sourcing exotic or unique materials for electrode and sensor design, carefully accessing suppliers of medical-grade pressure sensitive adhesives, custom hydrogels and materials that are compatible with gamma and ETO sterilization. We also offer flat rule die cutting, precision rotary die cutting, multi-layer lamination and flexographic printing at our ISO-13485 certified facility. Our staff has over 40 years of experience using various medical grade materials and films including but not limited to PVC, polyurethane, polyethylene, kapton, neoprene, cloth, and vinyl. We work with customers throughout the entire development lifecycle, supporting their needs with secondary services such as design, fabrication, assembly, testing, and validation.

All of our products can be manufactured under a private label, allowing customers to work directly with retailers and distributors worldwide.
