We provide printing services using an array of in-house methods, including corona treating, that optimize ink adhesion on numerous substrates. We support a wide range of materials and have the capability to print with variable information, sequential numbering, digital barcoding, and precision color matching. Our facility offers digital, rotary flexographic printing services for adhesive backed materials to meet the needs of virtually any project.

We have extensive experience providing printing services on various substrates to create value and to make finished disposable products. For example, we have the capabilities to print a logo on white foam material as part of a finished wound dressing. We offer everything from commercial printing services for adhesive materials to flexographic printing services for non wovens, as well as a wide variety of surfaces including fabrics, foams, polyesters, polyurethanes, PVC, silicone, textiles, urethanes, and vinyl. Our facility is equipped to provide rotary flexographic printing services with UV, water, and solvent based inks. We also have access to highly reflective and infrared (IR) inks for those unique projects. All of our work is supported with additional film lamination, precision rotary die cutting, finishing and prepress services to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality product possible.

Regardless of size or project complexity, we strive to treat each job with individualized service. Our ISO-13485 certified facility is geared to accommodate almost any size run. Thermal Transfer
Offset printing is where the inked image is transferred (offset) from a series of plates to a blanket (any flexible material). The blanket then transfers the printing and images to the media. The media can be any material.
A rotary press consists of either a series etched curved plates attached to a rotating cylinder or an etched cylinder. The rotating plates or cylinders are mated to an opposite blank cylinder. Paper is fed between the two cylinders. Ink is applied to the etched plates/cylinder, and when coming in contact with the paper. The ink is transferred to the paper. The paper can be sheet fed or on a continuous roll.
